TYPES OF INFORMATION GATHERED

When you register at NuHitz.com, we ask you to provide us with a username, password, email address, and other personal information. In addition to the information you provide us, NuHitz also collects technical information such as IP addresses and the date and time of your visit. Of course, NuHitz collects the information that you choose to provide when you participate in our programs and services.

Information You Give Us: To create a NuHitz account or to participate in special programs, you may be asked to provide certain information that does not personally identify you. For example, you may be asked to provide information concerning your music or other entertainment preferences, career aspirations, special talents, and the like. NuHitz requests this information in order to enhance your online experience and make you aware of new programs, services or offers.

We also compare our enrollment list to lists received from other companies to help avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers. IP Addresses: We use IP addresses to measure our site traffic and to help enhance the online experience. Your IP address is not linked to your customer information.

Order Forms: We request information from users on our order forms. When you purchase merchandise from our site, you must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact you.

Information from Other Sources: For reasons such as improving personalization of our service, we may receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. Much of this information is optional, and meant to be seen by members and visitors to the site but cannot be used to identify a specific member by name, address, etc.

Service Announcements: On rare occasions it is necessary to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance, we might send users an email. CHILDREN UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE

This site is not directed towards young children. NuHitz is intent on complying with applicable laws and regulations regarding children, including the United States' Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. Specifically, NuHitz will not knowingly collect or maintain any personally identifiable information from children under 13. Parents are hereby put on notice that as a result of the above, NuHitz does not provide a mechanism to obtain parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child has submitted his or her personal information, NuHitz will make reasonable efforts to delete the information from its database, at your request. To request the deletion of your child's information, please send an email to privacy@NuHitz.com and be sure to include in your message the same Username and Password that your child submitted.


MAINTAINING AND UPDATING YOUR ACCOUNT

As part of your use of the Services, you are responsible for maintaining and updating, as applicable, your registration information with current and complete information. You may edit and delete portions of your NuHitz account information or delete the NuHitz account entirely.

If you are the parent or guardian of a child under the age of 13, and you have discovered that your child created an account and would like to have it deleted, you will need to ask your child for his/her Username and Password in order to delete his/her information or account.
